In 2010 Air Asia X refitted all their aircraft (A330 and A340) with new seats. The slide forward economy seats have gone and been replaced with traditional reclining style. The pitch is still 31" and 9 across in a 3-3-3 layout. The PTV have been removed. The Premium Economy seats have been replaced by lie-flat business class seating. Can anyone tell a prospective Air Asia X passenger which are the best seats in the revamped economy sections? Since passengers can select their seats in advance for a minor fee, this information would be very useful. This review is out of date.
